Menu Planning Mayhem: Thanksgiving

As many of you know the past few weeks have been anything but normal for our family, so MPM has been suspended for some time now. I am ready to bring it back to life, but this being Thanksgiving week, feel that a special link-up is in order. In addition to the normal menu plans we normally share here (please feel free to link those up if you wish) I want to know what you are cooking for Turkey day! If you are in charge of the thanksgiving meal you can share your full menu, but if you are simply bringing some dishes (like I am) you can share your contributions as well. Perhaps you have a favorite Thanksgiving recipe… share it! Just link up your blog post or share your Thanksgiving food in the comments of this post.

So what am I contributing to our Thanksgiving meal?

1. Delicious Dinner Roles

Don’t these look delicious? I love to make homemade bread and am looking forward to trying out this recipe from How Does She?Check it out by clicking here.

 2. Rita’s Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

What can make mashed potatoes better? CHEESE of course. That is pretty much my answer to every food question… seriously. Check out the recipe I am using here.

 3. Martha Stewart’s Crisp Coconut Chocolate Pie

I have been hankering for some chocolate pie, so I decided to try out this recipe that includes coconut which my hubby loves. I am hoping that it turns out to be a GREAT recipe because it seems rather simple! Check out Martha’s pie here.

Now it’s your turn, what are you bringing to Thanksgiving?
